Retail trading provider Finotive One has agreed to a front-of-shirt and training wear sponsorship deal with English football club Burnley FC, starting in the 2026/27 season.

The Finotive One logo will appear on Burnley’s men’s, women’s, and academy matchday kits, as well as all player training wear. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

To support the launch of its US-focused derivatives division, Finotive Futures, Burnley players will wear “Finotive Futures” branding during their upcoming US pre-season tour. The club is scheduled to play friendlies against Major League Soccer teams FC Cincinnati, Columbus Crew, and Real Salt Lake.

Founded in 2021, Finotive has expanded its operations under the Finotive One brand to include proprietary funding (Finotive Funding), brokerage services (Finotive Markets), payment infrastructure (Finotive Pay), and futures.

Finotive One CEO Oliver Newland said the partnership is intended to increase brand visibility and will include fan-engagement campaigns, such as ticket giveaways and digital competitions.

“We wanted to build something that gave traders sim capital, transparency, stronger technology, and the tools to keep improving,” Newland said. “We do not want to be a sponsor that only appears on the shirt. We want to be active, present, and involved with the fans.”

Burnley FC Chief Commercial Officer Gavin Young stated the agreement aligns with the club’s strategy to partner with international brands, highlighting the upcoming US tour as the initial activation of the deal.
