ThinkMarkets partners with TradingView

Retail brokerage group ThinkMarkets announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with TradingView.

The partnership means that ThinkMarkets clients can now connect their TradingView account to their ThinkMarkets brokerage account.

Once they have done that, clients can then trade on their ThinkMarkets account via the TradingView charting platform.

ThinkMarkets had already integrated TradingView’s charting into its proprietary platform ThinkTrader at the end of last year.

TradingView’s charting platform has become extremely popular over the last few years and the company has become a popular affiliate for brokers as a result. However, listing on the company’s website is a difficult process as the firm is strict in terms of who it allows to be on there.

The company also applies regional restrictions to its list of recommended brokers, meaning brokers will not show up in certain regions if they are not permitted to do business there.

TradingView has also proven to be extremely popular among prop trading clients, with platform provider Match-Trade Technologies announcing an integration this week for the company’s charts within its platform, which is used by both props and brokers.
