Broker and prop firm technology provider Axcera has appointed Dmytro Nikandrov as Vice President of Engineering, the firm said on Tuesday.
Nikandrov will oversee the company’s software architecture, development, and core systems, with a focus on improving scalability and reliability across its trading technology platform.

Nikandrov brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and team leadership. Before joining Axcera, he held senior roles at Samsung, Huawei, VEON, and VeryGoodSecurity.
He also founded Letiko, a software firm that developed enterprise systems for clients including the New York Stock Exchange and Vurb, which was later acquired by Snapchat.
