ADVFN Ltd said on Wednesday that it had appointed Jason Paltrowitz, the former Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at OTC Markets Group, as a Non-Executive Director.
The company said the appointment is aimed at expanding its global investor network, deepening relationships with listed companies, and accelerating growth across The Market Link platform. ADVFN said Paltrowitz’s connections with exchanges, brokers, investment banks, IR firms, and institutional investors would help open new commercial partnerships.
Paltrowitz left OTC Markets at the end of April and in May launched Crossbridge Advisors, an independent advisory firm focused on helping international issuers and exchanges with U.S. market access, dual listings, and capital markets strategy. He has more than 20 years of experience across capital markets, investor relations, and corporate advisory, with earlier stints at JPMorgan Chase and BNY Mellon.
“Jason brings a rare combination of capital markets expertise, strategic insight and deep industry relationships,” said Amit Tauman, CEO of ADVFN.
ADVFN says it has about 36 million users worldwide and records close to one billion page impressions annually. The company acquired HotCopper and Stockhouse for approximately $4.4 million in June 2025, adding investor communities in Australia and Canada.
