Crypto exchange Bitget launched US stock options trading on its Stock+ platform on Thursday, giving eligible users access to listed options alongside its existing crypto, CFD, forex and commodities products.
The initial rollout covers more than 540 options contracts tied to S&P 500 and NASDAQ-100 constituents and popular ETFs. Live strategies are limited to single-leg buying, with long calls and long puts available plus sell-to-close functionality. Multi-leg strategies are planned for a later phase.
The product is cash-only, requires 100% of the premium upfront, and follows US market hours with T+1 settlement. Bitget lists zero trading commissions but charges a $0.60 per-contract platform fee plus clearing and regulatory charges.
“From tokenized stocks to now options, we are executing on convergence,” said Gracy Chen, CEO at Bitget.
According to Bitget, it is the only major crypto exchange offering US stock options together with crypto and CFD markets. First-time qualifying trades can also earn $15 in NVIDIA stock, subject to regional availability.
Stock+ now spans direct US stock and ETF access, tokenized stocks, pre-IPO opportunities and the new options product. Bitget said additional contracts would be added gradually.
