Brokerage group Hantec Markets announced on Thursday that it has hired Rajan Naik as its Global Head of Marketing.
“We’re thrilled to have Rajan join the team at Hantec Markets,” said Nader Nurmohamed, COO at Hantec Markets. “His experience will be instrumental in bolstering our marketing efforts towards increasing market share, expanding our brand, and achieving strategic business milestones.”
Naik has over a decade of experience in marketing roles in the retail trading industry. He joins Hantec Markets from Infinox, where he spent over five years as the retail broker’s Head of Global Marketing.
He helped establish the Infinox office in Dubai and was responsible for expanding the broker’s reach globally.
“It’s an exciting time to be joining Hantec Markets as it looks to unlock the next phase of its growth trajectory,” said Naik. “I look forward to working alongside the talented team here towards an expanded vision for growth by tapping into key marketing levers.”
Naik is one of several executives now to have joined Hantec Markets in the last couple of years from Infinox. For example, Michael O’Sullivan joined in the summer of last year and was recently promoted internally to become Hantec’s Chief Technology Officer.
The Hantec Group has also launched two need products recently – a prop trading offering via a separate entity, and pairs trading in CFDs via Hantec Markets. This involves trading two assets – say two different equity instruments – against one another.
