Online trading platform Capital.com has been certified as a 2025 Top Employer in the United Kingdom, Poland, and Bulgaria by the Netherlands-based Top Employers Institute. The certification follows a review of the company’s human resources practices and comes during a period of notable trading growth.

“We’re proud to be recognised as a 2025 Top Employer across three of our key markets, a reflection of our unwavering focus on creating an empowering and inclusive workplace,” said Eugene Lemesh, Chief People Officer, Capital.com. “At the same time, our strong trading performance in Q2 2025, demonstrates the trust our clients place in us to deliver a high-performing platform with advanced tools, competitive pricing, and fast execution. These achievements are a testament to the strength of our team and our ongoing commitment to innovation, performance, and people.”

The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies globally on their HR strategies, including areas such as digital transformation, workplace inclusion, and employee development. Capital.com received the award following a comprehensive assessment of its practices in three of its core markets.

In the second quarter of 2025, Capital.com reported trading volumes of $849.6 billion, representing a 29% increase from Q1 2025. The number of trades executed also rose by 22% to over 59 million. According to the company, client activity was concentrated in index and commodity markets, reflecting global volatility trends.

Capital.com is authorised and supervised by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and operates across several jurisdictions. Its offices in Bulgaria and Poland serve as operational hubs for technology and customer support functions. The broker recently started onboarding UK customers again.

The 2025 Top Employer certification places Capital.com among a select group of global companies receiving the recognition this year, including Lidl, PepsiCo, and Santander. Within the fintech and online trading sector, Capital.com is one of only two companies to receive the award.
