Brokerage executive Manglai Manglai has joined GTCFX as its Head of Trade Solutions.
Manglai announced the move via social media on Monday, saying he had joined the retail broker towards the start of this year.
He moved to the firm from Scope Markets, where he had spent the prior six years in different trading technology roles.
Originally a Senior Operations Officer at the firm, he was promoted twice, initially to Trade Solutions Manager, and then to Head of Trade Solutions.
Manglai started working in the online trading industry a decade ago.
Originally a technical support engineer for bridge provider PrimeXM, he then moved to UGL Exchange – a now defunct CFD provider – in 2018.
He spent a year-and-a-half at the brokerage firm as Head of IT.
GTCFX has multiple licenses globally. The company has been making a big push to expand in the United Arab Emirates over the last 12 months, with the brokerage firm’s main base of operations now in the country.
