Owen has been Head of Trading for BUX – who APM acquired in July – since 2020. He was previously a senior trader at rival broker Ayondo.

Sebbata was most recently CEO at APM Capital Markets, which acquired the FCA-regulated arm of neobroker BUX earlier this year.

Sebbata was the CEO of BUX UK previously and was instrumental in the APM Capital acquisition of the stockbroker’s UK entity, which he will now oversee.
