Online trading executive Anet Azrielant has joined brokerage group Prime Capital Markets. Regulated in Mauritius, the brokerage firm received a license from the Mauritian Financial Services Commission early last year. However, the company does not appear to have fully launched yet. Prime Capital Markets looks like it will run two different businesses – a broker operating under the brand 24markets.com and a prop firm called 24funded.com. The brokerage arm is not live yet, but the prop trading arm does seem to be active. Azrielant will be familiar to readers as she has worked in online trading for almost two decades.…

Broker XS launched its office in Kuwait this week, as part of a wider plan to expand in the Middle East region.
